• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Tech Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of AngularJs, Java.
• Solid understanding of Database and SQL.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle, design and implement elegant solutions for the teams.
• Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices, and impact analysis.
• Be the Scrum master of the team, participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Serve as a mentor to your team members.
• Collaborate with the product owner, project manager, software engineers and QA engineers to organize the product roadmap.
• Plan short term and long-term goals and forecast release timelines with an Agile environment.
